There’s no right or wrong way to grieve

Grief isn’t a linear process, and we don’t experience grief and loss in the same way. Give yourself time, for however long it takes, to lean into it and embrace where you are on your bereavement journey. When we do this, surrendering to the process and recognizing the lessons in it, we experience true healing and are able to come to a place of acceptance.

My book, One Day at a Time, is designed in such a way that you can move through it at your own pace. If a certain page resonates, you may wish to stay with it for a few weeks, while others you may move over more quickly. Read it in a way that suits your individual journey.

Even though we may share similar experiences, your grief experience is unique and yours alone.
